I made a fake Relapse 2 cover a while back and I quickly edited it. I thought it looked pretty nice, not realistic to be a cover but in general nice.

^I think Rx like a symbol for pharmacy or medicines, something like that. The Relapse cover has it.
I think it's a pretty good cover but the way the X is coming off the R looks a bit off IMO.
