Nas is my 2nd favorite emcee before Eminem even. I just love his music. Illmatic is a straight classic while It Was Written I still think is fantastic and to me doesn't come much behind Illmatic at all. Stillmatic is good but not as good as the previous 2 to be honest while God's Son is on the same level to me. These are my favorite Nas albums and I think he's a great rapper. I have that 1991 demotape and you wouldn't imagine how good it is actually. It is recommended for all of those Nas fans.

He has the complete package: flow, lyrics, content, story-telling ability, ability to make classic timeless joints. However a lot of the time his beat choice is poor, and this often dissapoints me.

I recall you admitted when you were a newcomer onto the forum that you didn't know "One Mic", your username, was a Nas song.

His beat choice is poor occasionally, especially on his modern classic "Stillmatic" at times. (My Country) With the fame and respect he has acquired over the years, it shouldn't be hard to get top-notch producers from all over the country to take an active participation in the creation of his records?
