yuck I know, it doesn't deserve to but I guess it's because the album before that (TES) was epic and people thought Encore maybe just as good. Also I can't deny the singles off Encore were pretty on point, Just Lose It & Ass Like That were meh but they're still catchy to pop fans. And LTS, Mockingbird gets lots of love from the other-gernes-fanbase (especially Mockingbird).
