Also think how cohesive the Relapse CD's could potentially be with Rx1 portraying the devastating effects of drugs and how they dont necesserily contribute to artistic merit and Rx2 hopefully showing how sobriety and discipline will always reap more rewards.

SSLP has the same theme rape/murder/weed... but I'd pick SSLP over Relapse any day, by a longgg shot. Why? cuz in SSLP his charisma/emotion was there, his connection with listeners was there, and most important his wit was there. I failed to see his wit after MMLP, maybe he's just matured. An example in Relapse is Insane where he's supposed to be funny but turned out to be an epic fail (imo at least)

you're not kidding. Eminem has one of the best (if not the best) flow in the game, I'm serious. If I have to rate Relapse base on flow/rhyming alone, I may give it a 4.5/5 But that's just purely his skills in technique side and I require more than that.

I actually do like Relapse. I don't think it was his best but I stil liked it. My thing is though, Em rapped that because thats we he 'thought' he people wanted to hear and THAT'S what I didn't like about Relapse. There's a difference in saying "I know he can do better and that shit was wack" and "He shouldn't rap that" about what he wants to rap about. I don't understand how you can tell an artist what picutre to paint. You can always say you don't like it, but you can not tell them what to paint.
