The Biceps Brachii, Triceps Brachii, Choracobrachialis, Pronator Teres and Brachiradialis are slow twitch muscles that are particularly difficult to build up for a person with an ectomorphic somatotype like Em. In other words, unless he retires from music to dedicate his life to bodybuilding, his arms will never get significantly bigger.
