Tech N9ne vs. Eminem

So I’ve noticed there’s a lot of Tech N9ne fans on this forum. Truth is, Em and Tech have very similar styles when it comes to subject matter, beat selection and such. After listening to releases from both emcees this year (Relapse by Em, King of Darkness by Tech) I often find myself wondering who I feel is the better emcee, not only based on those 2 albums alone but their entire careers which have been very similar (I feel that Tech could easily be considered the ‘Eminem of the underground hip hop scene)… Thoughts?

Em is better but I have to say that KOD is better than Relapse for me; but Tech still doesnt quite add up if you consider their entire careers. Great to see another South African btw

Never mind about that: Tech N9Ne's release just appealed to me more coz the subject matter was delivered with the approriate tone you know?
Agressive male revealing his animal instincts and not covering it up with a fake accent. There were a few irritating songs on KOD tho and overall it wasnt much better than Relapse: both good CDs imo.

Thats my 2 favorite rappers. Last year, I would have said its not even close. Tech N9ne by far. But since Em came back so strong lyrically after many years of lazy rhymes, it's a tie for me right now.
