When you think G.O.A.T, most people think Pac, Nas, Biggie, Rakim, etc. But why doesn't Eminem come to mind? Not only does he outdo all of the above rappers, but he has traits of them all and does it way better than them.

Eminem has multis. Name 1 rapper that does better multis than Eminem.

Eminem has Lyrics. Name 1 rapper that does better lyrics than Eminem.

Eminem has a message. Name 1 rapper that has better messages in his songs than Em.

Alright, I'll play along. I don't know if anyone necessarily beats Em, but I know there are those who can give him a run for his money.

Flow: Tech N9ne = BIG = Eminem

Multis: Canibus very slighty < Eminem

Lyrics: This is Eminem's specialty. No one can touch him on this one.

Message: Depends on you personally. For me Eminem > Nas / 2Pac, but I could easily see it the other way around for someone else

Em is also a fascinating person, his music aside. That's one of those intangibles that contributes to him being my no. 1.

Em tore down the race barrier for hip hop just like Elvis Presley did for the blues. History WILL remember him for that. I would say Em changed the game even more than 2. Without Em, many people today (many whites) wouldn't even listen to rap music.
