Stanley C. is Evan C.'s brother, obviously. Just look at the last names.

Stanley C. wrote:Well think about it. Why isn't he the greatest?

When you think G.O.A.T, most people think Pac, Nas, Biggie, Rakim, etc. But why doesn't Eminem come to mind? Not only does he outdo all of the above rappers, but he has traits of them all and does it way better than them.

Eminem has flow. Name 1 rapper that has a better flow than Eminem.

Eminem has multis. Name 1 rapper that does better multis than Eminem.

Eminem has Lyrics. Name 1 rapper that does better lyrics than Eminem.

Eminem has a message. Name 1 rapper that has better messages in his songs than Em.

Want proof? Listen to Lose Yourself or Rock Bottom. Tell me 1 Nas song that is as lyrical as that. And don't give me that "Illmatic bullshit" because that's boring as hell.

I supposed you rarely gave the other rappers a listen before creating this thread, but I'll still go in depth about your question. :guitar:

Flow - The Notorious B.I.G. had much better flow than Eminem. Flow is not how your voice sounds, if you were going to back up your claim with tracks like "The Way I Am"; that's delivery. Just listen to tracks like "Everyday Struggle". That's an example of perfected flow.

Even Eminem admitted himself he practiced his flow for months just so he could match up with Biggie on the song "Dead Wrong". Method Man also has better flow than Eminem. No, flow is not what you think it is, so don't get into random bullshit when trying to disprove my claims.

Multies - Admittedly, Eminem is one of the greatest at multi-combination, although many of his recent multies involving serial killing are just to put words together and make minimal sense. But, there are, arguably, better multi-craftsmen, such as Kool G Rap, Rakim, ect.

Doubt me? Check out Kool G's solo debut and Rakim's The 18th Letter album.

Lyrics - This is far too general. Lyricism involves multies, message, content, wordplay, and metaphors. And there are many other factors to judge lyricism.

Eminem does not have the best lyrics. Simple as that. No one really has the best lyrics. You can't compare a rap song that talks about raping to a rap song that talks about women's right. Nor can you compared a rap song that talks about internet bootlegging and a rap song that talks about swimming. You can't compare a topic so general.

But Eminem is far from being a master at wordplay or content. Relapse is a prime example in a lack of imagination and Nas has better metaphors. Canibus has better punches, in general. Every rapper has their attributes, so no use in comparing such a general term. Break it up, will you?

Message - Eminem easily does NOT have the best messages/content in his tracks.

Yes, I know you'll rant about "Lose Yourself" and "Rock Bottom". They talk about life struggles. Countless numbers of MCs did that before him, some better. Yes, Eminem talked about politics in "White America" and "Mosh". Countless numbers of MCs did that before him, many better. (Public Enemy, Ice Cube, Immortal Technique)

You call the tracks on Relapse possessing a good message? :n: Fucking similar topics about rape.

You call "Kim" having a good message? :n: Anyone can scream over the microphone.

For example, the Common track "Retrospect for Life" has a topic that delves into abortion and its influence and risks. Tracks like "It's a Man's World" talk about sexism. "Keep Ya Head Up" positively encourages women to not succumb to the world. That's called true messages, not murder/rape.

And don't downplay the "Illmatic bullshit", 'cause that album is better than any of Eminem's. :n:

EDIT: Your signature is bullshit. My signature has better lyrics then yours. Check it. :shakehead:

EDIT2: You gave no evidence to your claims; therefore I cannot believe you until you have put forth at least some examples to back up your statements, which are currently, bullshit. Bring it. :b:

EDIT3: Welcome to the forum. You and I will many fun discussions. :flower:

Just listen to Lose Yourself or Sing for the Moment though. Just LISTEN TO IT. Nas has nothing on it. trust me. You just don't understand lyricism.

Biggie was overrated. I don't get why so many people liked him. He didn't really bring anything good to the table.

As for illmatic, don't compare that to any of Em's albums. Illmatic bores me. Trust me, I listen to rap. Good rap, atleast.

I understand Lose Yourself is good. I also believe that I Used to Love H.E.R. is better. Doubt you know that song though.

What do you mean I don't understand lyricism? Are you retarded, lmao? :n: You are Evan C. Admit it.

Let it go. It's over. Just face it.

So you admit you're Evan C.?

You won? Revive what week old argument? Haha, who the fuck started the topic, dumbass? :shakehead:

Calm down, dude, and get off Eminem's dick. Breathe easy.

You said yourself that you like to play Devil's advocate. Therefore, no matter how many people refute your opinionated claims, you will back yours up like facts without fail. I no longer see any point in ever debating you because you are unable to distinguish between fact and opinion.

Don't mix me up with Evan C. We're not the same person. And stop making fake quotes just to make a false point.

Just because I disagree with your opinion doesn't mean you can try to attack my character.

Who said I'll ever be debating you?

You act out of emotion, as I recall. Getting a little touchy over the subject that Canibus had better lyricism than Eminem? Please, if Eminem is your "godsend", I doubt anyone of us can bother debating you, since we cannot convert you from your religion. This isn't a missionary.

And I play Devil's advocate only when the need arises, but I still genuinely believe in what I say. I can easily distinguish between facts and opinions. This is supposed to be a debate, not some personal attack on anyone. So calm down and no one was debating you in the first place and shut the fuck up. :y:

@ Stanley C.

We'll find out tomorrow, when SajN checks your account. You even talk like Evan C. Peep my signature. :n:

That post was made with the same account I've always had (for nearly 2 years now)...you can't even follow what's going on in your own head.

First you quote me in your sig, and now you've created another account in an attempt to make me look bad (with the oh so original 'Stan' insult)...someone takes the internet a bit too serious, eh?

And Stanley C.

Why did you make the thread if you never wanted to debate about it?

If you're really that passionate about your claim that no one can touch Eminem, let's argue in a good-mannered way with facts to back up our statements, rather than out-of-opinion answers.

I got no hate on you, but no point in making this if you don't feel like debating about it? :confusion:
