Mods are too personally involved
Back in the day there was one guy that really banned people asp.. and kinda maybe.
And asp was mostly hands off personally he really only did his job
The mods here are too personally involved in the topics
like they should just do their 'job' not get into conversations and argue and ban when they get their feeling hurt.
And this is abeit different of course but seriously yoshi went off on scott. [although, the topic kind of makes that not matter..] and then locked the thread.
Don't argue about shit only to lock the thread. You can say it needs to not go on, give warnings- but I really don't think anyone likes seeing ugly cunt mods lock topics after they get their opinions or shit talking in
Just leave it at what rule is being broken, and lock the thread.
I know I'm not the only one that thinks this. I see it far too often. I'd jump in and defend people sometimes but.. locked thread. So I wait until the new one is opened any damn way and then reply.
It just makes for bad discussion, and gives unfair advantages to the moderators/admins when it comes to actual arguments.
That and for the millionth time this is fucking trshady. The only thing that keeps this shitty board alive is people arguing. For real this is neverrr going to be anything better than what it is now. And you guys treating your moderation this seriously and trying to keep the board.. whatever.. is just making it far less enjoyable.
I've been coming here
less
and less
and less
In fact, if it wern't only for me knowing the community and not feeling like meeting a new one- I wouldn't even lurk this forum occasionally as I do now.
Just saying. TR is fun for the casualness of it. If I wanted an uptight intellectual community I have a different board for that where people don't have usernames "lilwayne4lyfe" and "Mc Whatever" or bullshit like that.
Look at the community and then look at what you guys try to do to it
It's just stupid
tl;dr
bitch bitch bitch
