Simon owns a record company...also Loui doesn't sing and but manages boy bands...although i do wonder how eminem can judge when he can't sing well himself and it is a SINGING competition, and not rapping...if they put him on for trying to find a rapper, how the hell the others are gonna be able to judge that when they probably don't know a lot about rapping idk...but..yeah..he would only be a guest judge..although until Simon confirms it himself (since when are he and em on first name basis?)..i wouldn't believe it.

You got a point there but I am sure Em know about music and can identify a good singer. Also, notice this show is about entertainment and getting as much viewers possible for commercials. Eminem can be pretty entertaining and get a lot of viewers.
