Are you saying he's too nice to other rappers?
I've noticed he never seems to focus on the negatives on someone he hasn't a problem with. (Maybe that's why Simon wants him on Xfactor, to play good reviewer/bad reviewer. I can't even see him giving a negative opinion to someone if he were on that panel.)

weezy honestly used to be decent. Da Drought 3 was great in my opinion. Upgrade you, ride 4 my niggas, wa takin over remix (just him spittin on the beat for a couple mins nonstop), get high rule the world, seat down low (my favorite) etc... He also had a few others like pussy money weed, something you forgot, fireman, a couple songs with drake that were nice. All nice and some hints of him even being lyrical.

But then he got super famous and he sold out... I can count on one hand the songs I liked from him after Da Drought 3. Tha Carter III was trash i think. He used to actually spit. Now hes trying to make hits only. He sucks now.

Well, I dunno man, I really didn't feel like he was giving them props or anything. As much as he was saying that he didn't NOT like them.

But "dope" obviously is a simple rhyme for "nope". And that first verse wasn't really going out too hard on the word play in my opinion.
