Not too bad, but I don't really care for the microphone reflection in the blood myself. Perhaps if it was just one mic, on a stand or something. Anyway, nice enough concept.
Blood is a little too bright though, imo. However, it does take away from some of the straight gore--which could be what you were going for. Depicting violence, expressing the concept, but not exactly stomach turning.
