The College Dropout had stunning production and great themes, but is nowhere near the best album of the decade. Being the best hip-hop album of the decade is far-fetched enough, but best in general? Opinions should not be dismissed so harshly, but that is utter bullshit.
Where are countless number of albums that take the spot (rap-wise), some noteworthy records being The Fix and The Marshall Mathers LP?
