Ok, still working on this (not much left). I need help to find out what the intro says.

this I what I got so far:

In May of 2009, reports surfaced that brutal mass murder
occured at the Popsomp Hills Rehab (-?)
in the Detroit (metropolitan?) (-?)

Police discovered the bodies and mutilated remains of
13 individuals including patients (,staff?) and doctors

The lead suspect is a patient who is believed to have (ingested?)
what should have been a lethal combination of medication.
Instead the patient suffered an (?exto- o- bout?) of psychotic
violent rage
----------------------------------------------------------

The suspect is still at large and was last seen in October
in the State of Louisiana. He is believed to be dangerous,
violent and homicidal. Any information (on) his whereabouts
should be reported to local (authorities?)(immediately?)
