^ I think a few clever references won't hurt the "seriousness" of the album.

I seriously hope not but if this album is Eminem Show level then I really don't care. He'll probably mention Mariah once maybe twice. Christopher Reeves is played out. It was funny during SSLP/MMLP days but now he's just saying it just to say it and its really not funny any more.
