The lady came to me from the other side, and asked if I needed help .. and then just stood few meters away all the time when I moved around.

That same story happened to me as well, lol. I went with a friend to Ici Paris (was gonna buy a gift for another friend) and the bitch that works there kept following me and asking me if I want her help. While the shop was full with customers who could use her assistance, but no, she kept following me, while I didn't need her help..
