I honestly think they'd make more money staying independent. However, Shady/Aftermath is good at developing artists, and if nothing else SH will leave the label in better shape and with more buzz than when they came in. Fucked up, they haven't even been signed and I'm talking about how it will be when they get dropped/leave.

SH is definitely a solid fucking group though, so I look forward to the upcoming developments.

This is true, but with Shade45, Em, 50, and Dre's popularity/fanbase, they might be able to create enough hype from being on Shady to kinda market themselves that way. Also, if em is featured on their first single for an album, that's a lot of marketing right there

I think Em leaving Interscope is a bit of a misconception. As far as I know from reading up on some stuff, he's still gonna be signed to Interscope and drop albums under Interscope but Shady Records is gonna go independent so Cashis, D12, Slaughterhouse, others can actually drop albums.

As far as I'm concerned its on topic. Were talking about Shady Records signing Slaughterhouse, and SH not being a good fit for Shady Records because they delay their albums so much. I cited Cashis as an example, and asked why they do this.
