Question on two Drop The World lines...

& spare is
refrain from harming somebody: to refrain from killing, punishing, or harming somebody or something

i persume he means
im not gona refrain from hurtin either staff of office or ur eyes cuz the 3rd definition makes no sense

is the phrase and its referring to whipping/beating your child to keep them from being spoiled. So he's saying he swears he's gunna beat you (up)

No offense to anyone, but I'm shocked at how often people don't understand these things on this forum. I'm sure it's probably related to the fact that we have a lot of non-U.S. residents here, and references to well-known phrases here may not transfer over well.

Yeah that's primarily it, I didn't understand the meaning behind the cabbage line though so I guess the thread helped me as well.
