Probably nothing man.

It's just meant to be a metaphor for Eminem playing with letters / words I assume. Playing with the alphabet. Which is basically what 'Relapse' is all about.

Isn't that what all of his albums are about? Just playing with words and the alphabet? That seems to be the metaphor because these letters unscramble to zilch, zip, zero, nothing, no nada...

That picture is the backside of the booklet. Proof dedication is on the other side of that.
