They were pretty much right, except with Hell Breaks Loose chorus. Irritating? What tha fuck? I cant get enough of it and I think thats his best chorus this year.

Laziness or probably the fact that fans had the option to get them as a bonus with the original Relapse and they figured it'd be pointless to release it on Refill. I think they should've though, it would've made it more worthwhile to buy.
