Yeah, probably, but T.I. is not 100% free...

T.I.’s lawyer Steve Sadow told XXL “It’s a restriction on your liberty but it’s a way for you to reenter into society and not be confined within a jail type institution 24-hours a day.”

So, my question is, can he leak/record songs when he's still on 'house-arrest'? Or: Do we have to wait untill T.I. is totaly free, to hear new songs/featurings from him?

I hope not. I don't dislike T.I. but he's nothing special and doesn't deserve a spot on R2 IMO.

R2 is supposedly now a masterpiece from the inside so the collaborations should be scarce, defined and perfected.

We should hear only feirce lyricists on there who have mastered flows. And that ain't T.I. to me.
