It's real for most people as most can relate, he captures the rock bottom "concept" in the song and hook perfectly, his delivery is felt, and his rhyming is absolutely nuts, one of his best lyrical tracks

IMO, there isn't really a G.O.A.T. hip-hop song. As mcZu said, it all comes down to preference, but if you're judging this track as one of the best, just because of its multies and emotions, there is much more depth to the term "lyrical".
Lyrical encompasses a wide variety of factors that make up the art of rhyming. It's not just having insane multies everywhere or literally screaming the track. In fact, anything to do with a rapper's voice or delivery or flow is not considered under the "lyrical" category.

the best song doesn't have to be the most lyrical

That's true, but the best song does have to have some creativity?
Arguably, this whole topic is pointless, seeing as if there is no G.O.A.T. hip-hop song.
