Help with ps3

So I just got a ps3 for christmas and I'm pumped. But im confused with how the demos work. I downloaded a demo, then installed it and now it's dissapeared. :unsure:

Where can I find it?

and also how do you delete a demo or whatever after your done?

You find it where you find your other games when you put in a cd. Right next to videos I think it was.
You delete it by going on it, pressing triangle and then delete.
