He's just hanging assumptions on basic premises or concepts as an excuse for lyricism. People confuse meaning with poetry. As if something has to have a political or personal agenda to be meaningful.

Why not just for the sake of rhyming like a genius and flowing like magic. The point is the punchlines, the irony, the persona juggling, the character play, the tongue in cheek etc.
