He'll probably do "Beautiful"... Although...

Since R2 is supposedly coming out 'EARLY' 010... Maybe the 1st single by then, it's in Jan.

Whatever, he's nominated for Best Rap Album anyway.

I can't remember everyone else in there but I know Mos Def is.

I think Relapse was the best rap album this year, Kid Cudi's was very good as well but I wouldn't care so much if Em got beat by say Mos Def's since The Ecstatic is also a brilliant album.

I'm so glad Jay-Z's piece of shit missed the date though. Ten out of fifteen tracks on BP3 = Features. That's a disgrace, doesn't deserve to call that a solo album. He doesn't produce his own tracks so he could at least write and appear on the majority of them ffs.

Also 99% of the album is him bragging about his achievements. Boasting about past innovation is not innovation, it's lame and shouldn't be rewarded. Can you imagine if Em came on Relapse just constantly spitting about how he's the biggest selling rapper ever, the effect of MMLP etc...

The rap game would blast him but oh no, Jay-Z, he's god. My ass. Jay is a hack.

I agree with pretty much everything. Kid Cudi's album was great, but Relapse was better to me. And you're right about Jay-Z, I like Jay and all but he is nothing compared to Eminem

Came back to annihilate, the game's in dire straights, as I await
Word on Satan, as I drop, fall to my knees before this Quija board and I pray
Now I lay me down to sleep
I do this shit in my sleep, I’m sleepin' now, imagine if I awake

He really does deserve to win a grammy this year, but i doubt he will. it doesn't seem people are acknowledging that relapse was a good album. it may not be as good as his previous works, but it is still a great record.

Best Rap Solo Performance: He's nominated for "Beautiful", but I think Jay-z will win for "D.O.A". He deserves to win this one, especially since "Beautiful" is one of the best songs on Relapse.

Best Rap Performance By A Duo Or Group: He's nominated for "Crack a Bottle" with Dre and 50, but again, I don't think it'll win. I think either "Make Her Say" or "Amazing" will win.

Best Rap Album: I think this category is the category that he is the most likely to win if he were to win one. I really don't think Flo Rida's album will win. Common, Mos Def, and Q-Tip give Em some real competition tho, so this one is kinda up in the air.

If you wanna see all the nominees heres the list http://www.grammy.com/nominees

He should be there even if he isn't performing, he has a strong chance of winning a few.

^ That would actually work out perfectly.

Since Relapse 1 and two are supposedly vague relapses to the first two albums.

That would technically make Relapse 2 a relapse to MMLP and Mr. Porter said this new album reminds him very much of that.

And he performed Stan with Elton at the 01 grammy's I believe. But Stan was released in 00.

So that would make it a 10 year anniversary relapse to MMLP with a matching duet of a big song.

i think if he was to perform it would be either "crack a bottle" or "beautiful" seeing as they are nominated. Do Beautiful and bring on Queen, that would be awesome, with brian may on the guitar.
