I suppose you're right, speaking in relation to his actions outside of his music. Relapse had just as much controversial content as his past albums, though, and being connected to sinister themed music isn't exactly something that some corporate sponsors have had a good history of tolerating.

He's toned it down in his life overall though, perhaps it's just not as much of an issue anymore.

Well, I bought a kangol cap because of Eminem, so he did a fine job advertising their product
