Everything is done with a reason, calling it a coincidence is an easy way out, because that's usually peoples response when they can't fathom certain things.
Firstly, could you name just a few times it's been 'done' and conclusively proven so I can check them. Because that's new to me. Back-masked messages I mean.
Secondly, I know a lot about psychology as I've been doing card magic and general magic about 7 years and naturally learn a lot about human psychology from it and back-masked messages are near-useless to the brain.
Your brain won't subconsciously reverse it and it have an effect on you. Yes you get influenced on many levels and a lot subconsciously but whenever subliminal messaging of any sorts has been attempted to prove its worth, it's always failed. Hugely. It's always been myth, never proven at all.
Lastly, no calling it coincidence isn't an 'easy way out' and it's not because I can't fathom it because trying to fathom a vaguely half-assed slightly similar sounding audo-bite of 'thanks to satan' is not hard to fathom at all. It's just very silly.
Many things happen from coincidence which people lamely put meaning to because humans naturally need explanations for things. Such as you thinking of a friend randomly and the phone ringing, and it's them. Now many people think that's unbelieveable and "omg must be something to that". When what you don't realize is how many times you've thought of that friend and they haven't rung. And nothing's happened.
Things like this are bound to happen given the amount of activity and there's bound to be a story behind them. Just like if you picture lottery numbers in a dream, go buy a tick and you win. Now... To you, that seems mind-blowing. But when you think about it logically, think of the millions of people who also picture lottery numbers and lose. Somebody has to win and there's bound to be a story. It feels individual to you but mathematically, it's inevitable.
The easy way out is what you're doing. Attaching lame unfounded theories to these things, then speculating non-stop about very silly things. The harder way is to look into why these things happen. Look into the mathematics and the science of the World. That's the harder thing to fathom.
