Obama got the prize for what people thought was gonna come... but hasnt and never will
he should give it back and say "im a no good fuck"
Bush got bad plublicity... cause he was horrible
but many people dont get that alot of stuff Clinton did didnt take effect until W was in office
then 9/11 he had a tough time, he just wasnt good enough to do anything about it is my problem
so the reason Clinton looks so good is because of Bush Senior
Obama will either get fucked or praised by W. work, though i gaurentee if he does good
people will give him the cred, not W.

I should add that when Clinton left office we were at like 2 years 98/99 on a 300B and 600B surplus, and when Bush came in left with like 11T deficit, so yeah he doesn't get bad publicity, dude was a fuck

I supported him but the way people were treating was like he was like the Messiah or something and that he'd perform miracles so of course now they're pissed off and disappointed. I mean he's doing decent at best but people set the bar waaaaaaaaaaaay too high for him.

I'm not very politically savvy even though I'm in my young democrats program at school (which is essentially an Obama fan club). I just want someone who has an in depth opinion on this stuff to clear up a few things. Are people like Glenn Beck & Bill O'Reilly really as dumb as they come off? In the end they always just make me feel like they are old pricks with closed minded stands on everything.

They pretty much are but I'd say Beck does have some good ideas, he's just to libertarian for the mainstream.

I don't believe so. I'm not a huge Palin fan but I think she wasn't ready for a presidential campaign and was destroyed by the media. Shes nothing amazing but she certainly isn't hasn't. Bush was also a complete failure, not an idiot, just a failure.

Why did Obama get the Nobel Peace Prize and do think is was one of the dumbest things ever to be done on such a large scale? (minus the war & Katrina management)

Most likely because the award is given out by far left idealists who were fooled by Obama's nice words on the campaign trail. I'm not even hating on Obama, he lied to get elected but what president doesn't?
