that's because Lupe is an abstract rapper. it's only natural for Lupe to do something out of ordinary. that's what he does and that's why some people like him. it's refreshing. Wayne is the typical rapper and has been for years. so for him to suddenly decide to look like a rock star is a pathetic attempt to get attention from more than he deserves.
