How Come, My Dad's Gone Crazy, Cleaning Out My Closet, and Stan. I read some time ago that Em wrote a song that was about Ronnie. He was going to put it on either SSLP or MMLP but his family disapproved of it so he ditched it.

there is more to write about his drug addictions. It was only in Deja Vu that I feel he really nailed it. Most of the songs on Relapse weren't personal at all, just random rhymes about vicodin, etc.

Its his job to think about that, not ours. He's the rapper. If you guys can predict most of the stuff thats gonna be on R2, it means that Em lost his credibility. Element of surprise.

What I have to say isn't good. So... I'll just leave it at that. Em's my favorite rapper EVER but I also don't want him to ruin his name because he can't let go the fact that the game has moved. So if R2 is everything that people say it is I think he'll be fine but if he come s back with shit like he did on R1, honestly, I think he's done. But what does he have to rap about anymore? The kids ears have changed so much since Em was at the top. THe industry has changed period, WE all love that lyrical shit but nobody is into that shit anymore other. And the last thing I want to hear is Eminem coming on a bunch of dance songs trying to fit in and gain the younger kids ears.

I agree in some respects. I still think there are similar issues going on in the world especially scoiety in general that MMLP was based around that he could still look at. May not have the same effect but the problem is still there. He's an entertaniner and very creative so I'm sure he'll think of something.

That is the one thing I'm worried about, is the dance type songs. I pray that he doesn't try and hit the mainstream too much. Cus the mainstream audience has changed dramtically over the past 10 years, and now maintsream "rap" music is aimed at 15 year old girls. I'll be angry if he heads in that direction.

The crazy thing is somebody could come doing the exact same thing as Em did and they would be popular but Em can't keep doing the same shit. He fucked up by trying to "go back" to the MMLP or TES. We heard that already from him, we don't need another TES, I have that record. He needs to do something new. I hate when rappers go back and try to chase the success they have earlier in their careers. That's suicide.

Take 50 Cent for example, for years every time he puts out a record he says this is the new Get Rich and he sets the people expextaions to that and he NEVER lives up to it. Just move on. Do something new, forget about what you did before and get creative.

I co-sign the part about doing something new for a 'new' album. Cuz, let's face it, even if he tried to do an album similar to the old one, there's no way it could be on par or better (wait, he already did with Relapse, and failed )

but I disagree the part 'somebody could come doing the exact same thing as Em did and they would be popular'. If there was no Eminem maybe, but since there's already someone did it before, the new one will be just a copycat. Look at Asher, all he did was sounding like Em and he automatically got all the hate

Exactly, I'm angry I have to go in that direction, I don't give a fuck about a bunch of titless 13 year old girls danceing to my music. I don't even make my music for them, but my managers and all the people around me keep telling me I need to make a dance song for that crowd. I've already dumbed down my lyrics, switched up my beats, and I've started going to malls and shit to perform. This shit is wack. I hate doing it so I would pull my hair out if Em gave in to that shit. It's just wack what they make a "hit" record consist of. Everybody wants a Drake or a Lil Wayne and I fuckin hate rapping like that and I'll be damned if Em does it too

don't worry, I don't think he'll do 'club track' either. The only one he did was when he was drugged the fuck out. The guy loves hip-hop so I know when he's sober, he's not gonna do something like that
