Yes, and no. They may be more competent in enduring pain, however, they lack the neurotransmitters that make you aware of any pain. Which means that they do not know when pain is inflicited because they are feeling pleasure, instead of pain. Which basically means that their alarm system isn't working properly. It's the total opposite actually, their alarm system is functioning as a pleasure system.
