I never even considered the accent, listen to EM even only between 1999-2004, he has so many diffrent styles, and he perfects all the styles, and he even have more styles now.... while Tupac raps the same way always and his lyris aren't even as impressive just with a good message

Once again this all goes down to personal preference...Recovery is a good album definitely. It's easy-listening and enjoyable (for the most part) but I don't learn anything from it....
2Pac's music was educating and entertaining. He dropped a lot of knowledge in his rhymes with all of his albums. Eminem's music for the most part is only limited to his personal struggles.

Well, like I said, personal preference plays a key factor in all of this.
Some people listen to rap to hear a bunch of different flows and emotions, others listen to it for the intelligence that is supposed to be in the music and how they can improve themselves as humans.

To sum it all up in a nutshell lets put it this way,

I like how Eminem has a lot of different styles and experiments with different flows and I like how 2Pac touches on so many diverse political/social issues.

There's things 2Pac can do better than Eminem and there's things Eminem can do better than 2Pac.
