I've lost 9 pounds in the past 3 weeks.
I started at 208.5, I'm down to 199.5 (I'm 6 foot, just to put the weight in perspective.)
For those who are trying to lose weight, here's what I did.
Breakfast:
Slim Fast Shake
Banana
Lunch:
PB & J on wheat bread
Fiber One Bar
Orange
Water Bottle
Dinner:
Whatever my parents make, just less of it lol
Cut every drink out except water.
All of that is surprisingly filling tbh.
I try to do the Elliptical with resistance for a half hour a day, and lifting with my football team every few days. I'm trying to get down to 170 for the summer. Wish Me Luck.

I went on that Dukan's diet, it's awesome, I also started jogging 3 times per week. I was about to give up alcohol, but shit.. I can't.
