Relapse -- a muddled collage of strange accents, totally effed up song content and seemingly pointless records from a genius who, from the outside, seemed to be losing his marbles -- lowered Em's bar. Those songs, aside from the gorgeously tragic "Beautiful," represented a shell of his talent. Fans, especially myself, pulled the wool over our own eyes. We were so happy to have new music from Em that we convinced ourselves Relapse was good. It was not. I can't even listen to it anymore.

"muddled collage of strange accents, totally effed up song content and seemingly pointless records"
Even if you liked Relapse you have to admit this statement is 100% true.

EminemBase wrote:"Oh wow man, yeah I can relate, I've been through that. That makes it mean something, wow, what a genius" - that appears to be people's fucking thought process. It's so boring.
If he wrote a song about drinking and eating would you react the same way.
"OH MY GOD, I DRINK AND EATI CAN RELATE!!! THIS IS AMAZING!"
