I mean as people, why are we afraid of everything that's different to us? Why can't we face reality? Reality is a question itself. I mean there's people that have seen things far beyond ones imagination, strange things that "normal" people can not see. So why is it that we call them crazy and lock them up in a mental hospital? I mean is it because no one believed what they seen nor heard, because of their lack of evidence, so it made it legit to lock them up and call them crazy?
I mean why are we afraid of the dark so much? What's in the dark that's so powerful, enough to have us shivering in our pants? I'm not just talking about darkness, I'm talking about evil as well. If we believe in good and evil, how come some people refuse to believe in god? Does it mean that they are believing in the devil? Because if god doesn't exist, how can the devil exist? Isn't good and evil both examples from religious teachings? So how can we believe in good and evil if god and the devil both don't exist? I guess there's no such thing as good and evil, because evil and the devil don't exist, because god doesn't exist, so good doesn't exist either.
Do you see where I am getting at here? My point is we are delusional. We believe in what we want, when we want, and how we want. Most of us believe what we can see. So if I was to tell you that a demon just came out of my ouiji board, would you believe me? You probably won't. Most of you would call me crazy and some of you will believe me. Because some of you believe evil exists, but those same people also don't believe in god, so does it mean you believe in the devil? Of course not, it just means you like to believe what you want. Because you are afraid of the consequences you will face when you turn to religion and the sacrifices you will have to make to right yourself from bad.
