Agree with Fast Lane and Royce murders Em on Take From Me, Above The Law and Living Proof.

Lol :y: He def. murdered him in Take From Me.

But I think Em and Royce were pretty tied on the bonus tracks.. On Echo I like Em's verses more but on Living Proof I like Royce's.

And Above the Law.. Nah I think Em murked him there. Just the way he spits..

Where I'm At.. I love Em's verse but Banks's verse is better. More quotables on it.

Agree that Eminem had more energy in Above The Law, but I'm not all too fond of the screaming delivery.

And Where I'm At, dunno, I'll just defend Em's verse to death haha. He spits with a lot of passion and his writing is for once perfectly structured and he rides the beat smoothly.
The opening lines "There must have been a gust of wind, 'cause you change your mind everytime it blows" set the mood for the verse and open it up perfectly.
And then when he switches to the whispering tone "I loved you, with every ounce of me, you know it's true", that part gives me the fucking chills everytime.
I just feel like it's a really passionate, heartfelt verse that is really well written and delivered, even though most people seem to have marked it down as another generic relationship women-bashing song.

Half of Hell: The Sequel Em gets beat. Fast Lane was something else, I still haven't yet deciphered the amount of rape in that song.

Royce did better on Bad Meets Evil, Scary Movies and She's The One.

Then Proof on Revelation.

I think that's it, really.

I Need A Doctor, Dre >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Em beat Royce on most of the H:TS songs, Cheif...it was close a lot, though, and Royce definitely held his own, but Em was crazy on this EP IMO. I really only think Royce had him beat on Take From Me, Living Proof, and half of Fastlane, I think Em had the first verse easily.

Came back to annihilate, the game's in dire straights, as I await
Word on Satan, as I drop, fall to my knees before this Quija board and I pray
Now I lay me down to sleep
I do this shit in my sleep, I’m sleepin' now, imagine if I awake

:facepalm at Revelation, Scary Movies, and Bad Meets Evil. Other than that I agree.

Seriously Eminem murdered Revelation. Scary Movies, and definetly Bad Meets Evil.

Royce definitely got Scary Movies. There is no doubt in my mind about that so you might as well edit that facepalm out. Proof barely got Em on Revelation and Bad Meets Evil goes to Royce because his rhyming was better and his lines amused me.

Em's Revelation verse was classic. Proof's was nice, but Em slaughtered it.

Same with Scary Movies and Bad Meets Evil.

Gee, look! Your argument is increased in effectiveness by 80% due to the usage of facepalms. Fantastic job.

Em's Revelation verse was great so was Proof's. I never said Em's verse on either BME songs weren't classic I just so fucking happen to think that Royce did better. Deal with it or go bitch somewhere else.

Em's verse is good, but the Game's flow and tone outdid em imo

why do I get the feeling that you only made this thread just so you could say this.

It's a proven fact, Proof came in at the very end and utterly and completely destroyed Revelation

Not really.. Noticing that was what got me into thinking about how few times eminem actually has been outshined in a song and thus the thread topic. I'm sorry if it somehow offends you.

Yeah he did write dres verse and that's why you can't say dre outperformed him on it. Dre has good delivery on it and I think it's the best verse of the song, but it was a joint effort. Em definitely deserves some if not most of the credit for it.
