You're not making any sense with your argument, there are numerous types of tracks that people which are taking a concept, but Eminem makes it his own, and it fits the concept of Recovery perfectly. For me its what the album is all about. Come on, have you not heard Pac's Me and My Girlfriend, its the same concept. Yes he did it first, it was good, so was Eminem's 25 to Life etc. Your argument is flawed and so subjective its laughable. You're letting your dislike for Recovery cloud your judgement.
Who said anything about me disliking Recovery?

It's not a spectacular album but I don't necessarily dislike it. In fact, I can safely say I like 75% of it. But just because you said "Eminem makes it his own" and "it fits the concept of Recovery perfectly" doesn't necessarily make it true. The song, for me, failed to convince me/captivate/intrigue etc, hence my dislike. Sounds forced and to be honest it wasn't necessary on the album.
My opinion at the end of the day.

"So one last time, I'm back, 'fore it fades into black and it's all over, behold the final chapter in the saga, trying to recapture that lightning trapped in a bottle twice, the magic that started it all...tragic portrait of an artist tortured....trapped in his own drawings..." - Bruce.
