its called yes, but doesnt mean much. and no youll (especially if you wanna lose weight)
have fat that you can burn before you eat, jogging in the morning burns pure fat, not muscle.
the body takes stored fat first.
and DEFF dont have protein before bed, if you dont work off protein or it doesnt fill muscles, itll
turn into fat and wont digest properly, making it worse than chocolate before bed.
protein needs to have muscle building purpose or it is a huge fat gainer
