I've lost 40 pounds since august. It's a mental game. You have to convinve your self that the 2 seconds of joy from eating that cookie or whatever is going to pale in comparison to the regret you'll feel.
-Lot's of water
-Cardio
-Cut out Soda and Ice Cream etc.
- in the midst of all this drastic cutting, don't forget to eat fiber...
-Everything (almost) in moderation.

You just gotta eat right. 6 portioned meals a day. Brkfst,Protein shake,Lunch,Protein shake,Dinner,Protein shake. It's all about fueling your body with the right foods every 3 hours or so to keep your metabolism up. This way you burn fat & not muscle. :wave:

X-Lax, and puke alot, and do not eat anything unless it's brocolli or spinach...and then puke that up when your done

oh, and jack off as much as possible, the more loads of sperm juice you let out than the more weight you lose

and if that don't help....quit wrestling and join an dance team that supports fat kids

dont listen to anything but this post.

three meals are not necessary, i have eaten breakfast maybe 10 times in the last five years.
i skipped lunch 2-3 out of the week.
IF you eat breakfast eat only protein and a little bit of fat. no cereal, protein raise your metabolism and the fat gives you energy for the day.
dont eat the obvious of fast food and chocolate and what not. but dont worry about what you eat so much as portion size, you can have potatoes and rice, just little bit of it. cut anything you have into 3/4 what you normally have.
if your still hungry, too bad. dont eat til your full OR not hungry. stop when you finish your smaller portioned meals. the only thing you drink. is water. thats it.
jog in the mornings, you wont have ate anything so you will burn stored fat, thats the only thing you have.
dont eat before bedtime, thats bad. you cant digest it right and it stores directly into your fat because when your asleep your digestive system shuts down.

cardios obvious. but of course weightlift. what a ridiculous notion to not...
the weights will burn your fat and replace it with muscle, just dont try to STRENGTH lift.
of course muscle weighs more than fat and that negates what you want.

keep a healthy sleep regiment. if you do not sleep well your body cant restart itself and you will not lose weight

I would disagree with skipping breakfast. Breakfast is called "the most important meal of the day" because it gets your metabolism going. You should eat within an hour of waking up. Not to mention if you jog or workout & skip breakfast, your prob gonna burn more muscle than fat. Don't eat before bed, but if you have the urge to, just make it a low calorie, low fat protein shake. It will keep your muscle in an anabolic state, instead of catabolic. (catabolic meaning the breakdown of muscle) :y:

its called yes, but doesnt mean much. and no youll (especially if you wanna lose weight)
have fat that you can burn before you eat, jogging in the morning burns pure fat, not muscle.

Protein can actually burn fat. Most people don't take in enough to fill their muscles anyway.

any amount of protein will fill your muscles...
