He said after that announcement of the SXSW performance that their would be more "announcements" soon. What do you think that these announcements will be and when do you think they will be announced? I personally think they are starting up a promotion campaign, and if they are doing what I suspect we will be hearing from them very soon to keep the hype going for Shady 2.0. However, a side of me is scared because Shady Records got so worked up over such a small venue, and they make it seem like it was a large hassle to put together when in actuality it's below the amount of work they should be doing. Not to take anything away from that performance, Eminem and Slaughterhouse were amazing through all of their performances and 50 Cent was amazing except for a few mistakes, but Shady Record's staff seems a little lazy and not inclined to do much after this show. Do you think that there will be more of these shows, on a bigger scale, coming in the near future on TV stations where everyone who will watch will tune in and take notice?
Edit: Also, I'm glad to see that 50 Cent is associating himself with the Shady 2.0 movement but I don't know how engaged he is with his other label members. I mean Slaughterhouse and Yelawolf seem very close, a feeling I don't get between 50 Cent and them. I mean 50 Cent claims to be part of the 2.0 movement, but he hasn't really ever associated himself with Slaughterhouse or Yelawolf. I swear sometimes it feels like they are on a different label than 50 Cent. Another question, do you think 50 Cent has ever met Yelawolf in real life? I mean he's obviously met Slaughterhouse now that they were at his show but Yelawolf wasn't so I feel it's a valid question. Last side note, Slaughterhouse and Yelawolf seem really tight. I mean Slaughterhouse are constantly talking to him and are constantly checking up on him over his ruptured spleen to see how he's doing. Oh, and it bugged me that Eminem didn't shout out the 2.0 boys or invite them on TV for the air time they had.
