Probably no mixtape befor the album.
The leftovers of the album will most likely go into the vault an will never be heard.
Thats hard.

That's not 'hard', that's 'go fuck yourselves and shove your fuckin' album deep into your asses'! If any of this shit is true and they're going to be lazy bastards enough not to put out anything for fans after the delays then fuck Slaughterhouse! As a fan I don't want nothing else but quality music minus the bullshit.

I became a fan of SH after the first album and I kinda became a Slaughterhouse junkie coppin' every shit I could from them. I recommended their music to rap heads, follow their move to Shady and got really excited when they announced the deal. I was happy for them to get the reward for their work and was happy for fans to get great music executive produced by one of the greatest rappers alive. I really thought it would be the shit.

Then a year flew by and we got nothing but a promise that 2012 will be the year. First quarter, may, june, july, mediocre singles toppled by a song that was actually shittier than Money On The Floor which was the last thing I wanted to hear from SH up until then. So disappointment came after disappointment.

Then last week they confirmed that there will be a mixtape, and after the long list of bullshit it appeared that they actually care about fans and want to make up for the delays. Not even a week later they already have second thoughts.

Then be it, but if there's no mixtape in the first week of August I'll never buy anything from this fuckers again. Artists should be respected but fans should be as well. If you want money from us don't fool us, cancel shows and announce mixtapes you have no intention to make just to create buzz with being in the news!

SH seems to be great only in disappointing fans. I'm really fed up with this shit now!

Yeah, and Joe said something like they don't care about buzz cause they build on things that can't be taken from them like talent. Talent may be, but definitely not credibility.

I don't blame you, Slaughterpause. They're only hurting themselves with these pushbacks and empty promises.

Maybe it is the right thing to do and I respect your opinion and I accept that there are a lot of things going on in the background we don't know shit about. We should support music as fans, I agree on that too. But - and it's the last time I write it down - I didn't want Slaughterhouse to become a cog in the mean machine of mainstream music. If that's the case as you say it and they can't take a shit without Interscope permission it was a grave mistake to put it like they did on the interview with Jenny Boom Boom. It was a loud and clear statement about doing a mixtape for fans. And it wasn't the first time they were talking about things that have nothing to do with reality. They knew how it is with major labels, they had to because the urban legend says it was the common thing they shared. They were the blue collar workers of rap with talent and with no leash. Now it's just constant bullshitting. I don't like that and I'm losing faith in them. I can't respect what they are doing in the last few months.

I buy a lot of local underground stuff (I'm from Europe by the way) because these MCs put a lot of effort into actually making a record, I mean a physical copy, and they keep losing money because their shit is on Youtube the day after the release. And one more day later it's on the internet. And they have no label support, they work 9-5 and in their free time they're making music out of passion. Some of them can make a living from live shows but most of them still can't dedicate their life to music no matter how dope they are.

Slaughterhouse was similar but on a different level of course. And I respected them for it. Joe Budden said that he gives a shit about major label deals, he connects with fans because that way he'll still have his people even if a deal goes wrong. But especially Royce acts like a good soldier of the label and swallows every pill and keeps putting it a way like it has to happen like it does and it'll all be good in the end. And maybe he has to but I don't and won't. 'Don't worry about the push back, you have to trust us a little more'. And why is that exactly? They didn't give us one thing to be optimistic about in this whole fucking year. Only a promise of an independent mixtape with the raw material - oh, shit, I'm wrong again because they kinda take that back also.

Sorry, but I can't support that. Promises, disappointment, bullshit, more promises, more disappointment and even more bullshit. Honestly I believe they can't put out an album that will be able to wash away the stain of this shitstorm poured out of the Shady/Interscope camp. But if, and it's a big if, they can prove me wrong, I'll may change my mind on this.

I dreamt that they were dropped from the label.

I'm only disappointed in Slaughterhouse for "Throw it Away," and kinda for "My Life."

Album delays are out of their control, and completely expected with Shady Records.

I'm surprised their album is actually going to come out.

You know what? Fuck Slaughterhouse. Fuck Shady Records. Fuck all of them. I'd rather have had Slaughterhouse unsigned. I feel like Slaughterhouse is going down right now. Hope that 8/28 will prove me wrong.
