It's so hard for mags, newspapers etc. nowadays 'cuz of the Internet.
If they were to survive, they should constantly put the biggest stars on their covers, no matter some of the times they don't even have recent interviews with them or let alone don't even have 'em there for photo shoots so the actual cover photos would be a current ones.
