If you go on a song and brag about how you're better than someone that means you clearly think they're worth being better than, so he's basically saying if Weezy says he's better than Jay-Z that must imply that Weezy thinks Jay-Z is one of the best.

I'm with you. I don't know why, but I love what he made back then. But it's probably good how it was. because this would have been his last album (if we believe the lyrics on GOAT and It's Been Real) and so we may never have heard that relapse staff and so on. But I fucking love GOAT and It's been Real.
