Pac would be the most played artist in Cali slammers or wherever in Cali in that matter. Esp. back in the day. Even Dear Mama or Thugs get lonely too. In Cali most of the black folks & all of them who are gang related live & die by G codes & strict rules & I'm sure Mockingbird would make any hard motha'fucka from out there look really bad though.
There is no such G codes & rules in NY but huge parts of any of the 5 boroughs plus Yonkers are gang related & Mockingbird wouldn't be a favorite songs out there either.
Like I said it's that regions thing... I don't have idea what region could he be from though.
