Guys... A couple of years back when I bought mmlp for my iPod I bought it without the skits for whatever reason... Well I just got it on my phone from a download and that was literally the first time I heard that Ken skit... Fuck that makes me feel uncomfortable

No it's not you fucking idiot. You do know that a lot of rappers sit down with their producers and actually direct the music, right? That's why all Drake songs sound similar, that's why tracks Kanye hasn't produced still sound Kanye-ish, and that's why even the Recovery beats have a little bit of "Eminem" to them.

:facepalm

No, a lot of rappers do not sit down and "direct" the music, moron. What kind of dream world are you living in? The vast majority, especially these days, will either take beats that have already been made by producers and lay their vocals over them, or spend studio time with a producer who will go through their beat catalogue and perhaps come up with a particular sound. Kind of like Em and Dre used to do back in the day. Since when are most rappers musical directors? LOL you think all Drake songs sound the same because Drake "directs" the producers as they're making their beats. And you have the gall to call me an "idiot", you utter half-wit. Kanye on the other hand is an exception.

Eminem does take a heavy hand in the mixing process, but that is entirely different process to producing the beat. The beats that he adds something to he gets credit for as an additional producer. Which he should. On Recovery he is credited as such on two songs: "Not Afraid" and "WTP". Why are you going on some whim that most rappers "direct" their beats just to protect your idol? I wasn't even slighting Em by saying the comparison was not justified, but as a bonehead Neanderthal you are unable to control yourself and have to jump the gun like an overly-keen virgin who's just seen his first titty.

This is pretty much spot on.. the only exception is J Cole, Big K.R.I.T. and Kanye West that I know of.. Drake beats all sounded similar on NWTS because it was all the OVO crew.. But you look at all of his other albums they varied unless he reused a producer.

Eminem has openly stated in interviews how he picked the beat for some of his hit songs and it was over the phone with Dre and Dre would go through his library of beats and Em would just pick ones he wanted to rap over. **Some of the producers from Recovery did the same thing and are quoted on the process in interviews. ***And, the reason even the Relapse beats had a bit of "Eminem" to them is 1) Dre is Em's mentor 2) they worked almost exclusively together.. of course Em will pick and ask for things that suit his style

There's no point posting about these Twitter faggots anymore... They haven't got shit, we figured that by now. Unless they post pictures of the booklet then it's automatically fake.
But what am I gonna do when the rage is gone and the lights go out in that trailer park?

It's weird that anyone would buy their "lyrics" when they're always elementary bars with single syllabic rhyme schemes.. like that's what Eminem really based his career off of right?

Rest in peace to Big Proof, you was a beast, you lyrically mirrored me
Molded my flow off of you, your spirit's flowing through me
I love you, Doody, without you I feel so incomplete
