Someone is gonna post a so called "keystyle" or some emo poem, or whatever he thinks its deep n has a meaning and then everybody getting into some i-care-bout-every-single-syllable-u-wrote impersonation and comments like "wow, very deep" and "it was good, keep it up " and shit like that. Thats what im talking about. "Help each other improve" yeah right, like i give a quarter'n' half fuck less if some random shady groupie or some TR forummer with the skills of steve is good or will improve or whatever, why would i? And i dont think anyone cares about people improving or not. People can hardly care less about their own skills, not to mention helping others "improve".

Still not to mention another thing: the fact that people dont put shit here becuz they wanna "improve", they post it so they gon be praised like "good one, keep it up fam". Nobody believes the old "improve my skills" bullshit, everybody wants to hear this kind of feedback: that what they wrote is the next best thing since sliced bread. They just aint admitting it.

That's how it is you know. Like...as if what Vettori just said about my freestyle is gonna make me "improve" or "be better" or "keep practicing", you shitting me?

I agree. It amazes me that people don't get bored on here. Something can be amazing and you'll get a "Good job. " or complete shit and you'll get a "needs work". It's pathetic that one of the only deep posts was completely copied from another site. And I'm not going to act like I'm completely innocent either. My feed used to be much higher quality than it is now, but why on earth would I spend 15 minutes reading, rereading, and feeding a song when the person A.) doesn't do it for others and B.) won't even return the favor. I'm not saying you should feed so other people will feed you, but if someone takes the time out to tell you how to improve the least you could do is return the favor.

there was a point when every response to anyones song that wasn't by me or 4d was no longer than 2 sentences. I severely doubt everyone is dropping perfect songs so I'm sure it's not that hard to come up with a few pointers for them

James, u expected the impossible. They-dont-care. It's what i said before. Those who post their little poem or rap rhymes or whatever, they wanna hear that they the best, they couldnt care less about "constructive criticism", whatever that is. And no matter what you gon tell em, they wont "imrove" (this here is a point...cuz by "improve" y'all mean "be just like how i want u to be cuz i say so", there is no real improvement, unless he totally useless at rhyming but thats another story) so its a no-win. People who post feedback either dont know what they talk about, or dont care bout it, or both and they juss post to keep the thread high.

Simply people, show ur true character, thats what im talking about. For people who wanna post something: DONT BOTHER, ur fame n fortune ambitions will die as u get to work as mortgage brokers for ur entire life. I aint even trying to be the asshole, im saying the truth. Before zshare was invented i couldnt be (as Killa says) assed to listen to anything anyone posted in the audio section. Why...why would i waste my precious bandwidth (which i need to download more beats so i can fuck em up with my wack lyrics) for anyone here. Now that zshare is here, i can click on something, listen for the first 5 seconds and then close it to go into some more important stuff.

and honestly i'm lazy, if somone doesn't give me critisicm i'm not gonna go out of my way to give it to them.. just look at rap battles, i voted on 4 peoples battles and i broke down line by line and yet they dont' vote on teh battles i'm in.. i understand james r and 4d always give me breakdowns of my shit and i dont give them, it's because i can't... both of them are better than me and they usually drop things i usually can't criticize..

Things that u will never have to use in rap. The ability to make listenable music (not to mention hit records) count, not wordplay n metaphors or anything else.

But on every else i cant agree more. It is how it is. Wont change tho.
