small breath at the end of each line, pause for a second after "open wide"

gives it a "accapella flow" that should be able to get wrapped around a simple beat i couldnt find a flow when reading so i created one then see you said you couldnt grasp a good flow so thats why i said the above lol

eaisiest way is just get an accapella flow that is repetetive and if you go on lyric sites youll notice more lyrics are written like


i blah blah commission
to dah dah submission


as in most people would write it like

i blah blah commission to dah dah submission

if you break your lines up more its eisier to see were your rhymes should hit the snare and its eisier to add in more sylybles to make sure you go long enough to hit the snare, after you got that (especially since you can produce) its just wrapping the lyrics around a beat

best way to do that is to freestyle it so your not thinking about it too much, youll automatically get a rhythm that you can work on and perfect.

that just got to come with practice though, but really freestyling is probably the best way to do it, learn to be able to flow and keep on time nicely during a freestyle makes it easy as hell when your actually writing a specific flow for it
