Are you guys high.. they are just as great as Illmatic or Reasonable Doubt were and thats not just to Em fans but to Hip Hop fans also, and if your gonna tell me not even one of them are a classic then you are a fuckin moron
Seriously, have you actually given Illmatic or Reasonable Doubt several plays? I doubt it. Cop the albums, then come back and tell me TES is on the level of Illmatic or Reasonable Doubt.

And Eminem is most selling raper of all time.
So all you who denied that Eminem is a legend you are wrong.
Eminem>Nas

...next to Em, Jay is my next fav rapper, i have played reasonable doubt enough times to know what is on it, i can admit to everyone that i am not a fan of nas but i still respect him enough to say he is in my top 5 best rappers alive and no doubt about it but illmatic rips through all of ems albums but likewise Ems SSLP and TES stand a VERY high chance to be considered "classics"...
To me TES without question is in a league with Doubt/Ill, as for SSLP i dont know.. its debatable,

Ghetto kids will completely get Nas and love him, and people who have grown up relatively normally, being fucked with will identify more with Eminem.
Both artists are completely different, it is stupid to compare them.
And to anyone saying Nas isn't as good as Eminem, you must be smoking something.

And stop telling people that they don't know enough or that they need to listen to the album again, im thinking you should shut the fuck up and listen to Em's TES and SSLP again, goto a hip hop forum and ask them if any of Em's albums are classics and i assure you they will mention either one of the 2 or both and some might even mention MMLP
Theirs a difference between YOUR top 5 and an overall top 5, one is opinion and one is truth. I have listened to enough Nas to know he is an amazing rapper, i just dont prefer his rapping because it gets boring quickly.. Its just a personal thing i guess but whatever..

I'm afraid if you google best rap albums and go to their lists, MMLP will RARELY be in their top 10. Maybe once or twice. MMLP does not even deserve to be in top 50, if you really listened to hip hop. Tribe Called Quest and De La Soul is better than MMLP in general. SSLP is around MMLP's level, basically, but it's even included in top lists LESS. The Eminem Show is not in top 200 rap albums, no matter how much you like it. It's a fact. And if you listened to Nas enough to know he is an amazing rapper, you would NOT say his rapping gets boring easily. Seriously.AliJack wrote:da.relapse.lp for member of the year!

Can you please tell me how do 2Pac and Rakim shit on Nas. Give me legit reasons. I'm not doubting you... just wondering. I seriously doubt you ever gave Paid in Full or Follow the Leader a listen. Don't state your opinion without a reason...Evil-Genius wrote:Lol who deleted my post?
