Um, yes it is. It makes perfect sense and is grammatically correct.

to a harder prescription drug called Valium like yeah that's great.
^ yeah that's just soo great

Did your mom drop you on your head when you were little? He's quoting his own temporary physical satisfaction from the high he got from the drug.

plus let's not mention all the shit ass rhymes: "great, ate, steak, eight" almost reminds me of mockingbird..

Did your mom drop you on your head when you were little?

The rhymes are "candidate/addict-trait/matic-rate/gravitate/salivate/have-a-taste/graduate/yeah-that's-great/havin-8/haven't-ate/grab-a-plate/have-a-steak/have-at-stake/dad-I-think"

LOL, you don't even grasp the concept of multi-syllabic rhymes. No wonder you're such a clueless Eminem fan.

Look at my daughters face...
'Mommy somethings is wrong with dad I think!
^i've never heard anyone say Think like that...

Long A and long I sounds are similar in some dialects, and Eminem has noticed this.

It's similar to how he rhymes "mad enough to kill" with "bad enough to steal" in Rock Bottom. That's short I and long E sounds in most dialects.

Oh, but wait...you cited Rock Bottom as a song WITHOUT "forcing."

So I take a Vicodin splash it hits my stomach and ahh.
A couple weeks go by it aint even like im getting high.
^ didn't know AHH and HIGH rhymed but cool em..

Actually, depending on how you say "high," they do. But technically almost nothing in rap music actually rhymes. "Forcing" is when you either stretch to a ridiculous level, or when you completely alter the pronunciation of a word to make it work.

anyways Deja Vu HAS A DOPE CHORUS and the second verse is a classic but everything else about it I hate... the first verse was shitty, third verse was decent, beat was too happy

plus, his emotion was completely forced IMO, at least compared to Rock Bottom..

There wasn't much emotion in Rock Bottom, if you're talking about his delivery. There wasn't much emotion in his Deja Vu delivery, either. He underplayed both songs and let the words carry the weight.

I find it ironic that someone who types like you do is commenting on "fuckin proper english".

this is the only thing i'm responding to because it's the only thing I actually got offended for... I do know what multi syllable rhyming and for your fuckin information I use it a lot, I'm talking specifically about the simplicity of the rhymes he's using...

and just for you, here's a rhyme i wrote using multi syllable rhyming

and no i'm not bitter, I haven't been in a minute
all you've done is make think love is a gimmic
I'd be dumb to think it isn't, all over between us
cause reality of it is, what you did is too obscene just
to forgive, so i'm venting out your fibs
a bunch of small lies that had meant we're over with

now i'm not claiming to be no eminem, but way to insult me, not knowing i can properly rap circles are you.

and stop getting so defensive, when I hear Deja Vu, I hear forced emotion, when I hear rock bottom I hear sorrow in his voice... I also hear it in beautiful (though I think that has more do with the pills than anything)

LOL. Your syllables don't even match up. You have just proven you DON'T understand what multi-syllabic rhyming is.

You couldn't rap circles around Soulja Boy.

On the grind so much my teeth spark
Shittin multisyllables, y'all just pee marks
Staying sharp with the flow, I eat darts
Park and then go, you feel the heat start
Virtually hurt you with words meant to curse you
Then surgically jerk you chew ur parts and then burp you
Stay above like the bird's view, get yo lady wet like the turf dew
Work her out like the turf do, boi I'm the shit like some turf poo

Beautiful, When Im Gone etc. arent embarassing cus of their lack of multis, the content while it may be meaningful sounds cliche as fuck, and the flow in both them songs sucks!

he has two types of embarassing songs, those ones which are okay for a couple of listens before it grates on u and then wack songs like we made you and crack a bottle.

bring back badass eminem who could do meaningful without sounding corny, Rock Bottom is incredible!

When I'm Gone and Beautiful are timeless classics. I actually put When I'm Gone on my Refill bootleg CD for my car along with the features and 2 Relapse bonus tracks. When I'm Gone is easily a standout.

Well, I like them all three. Especially When I'm Gone, you can feel the emotion and that's hard to capture.
