As do the Jays and Maple Leafs and I'll be a fan until the day I die. lol it just makes negative amounts of sense to me to be proud of Detroit and not be a fan of the Lions. Who cares if they suck? It's your team...
Anyway, I'm not one to label people bandwagon fans so you have every right in the world to be a fan of whatever team you decide to root for. I really don't have a gripe with anyone being a fan of any sporting organization outside their immediate city, it just makes more sense for me for someone who doesn't have a sporting team in their respective city to find a team elsewhere.
Ex. Most Vancouver Grizzlies fans became fans of the Thunder or Blazers.
I don't intend on prolonging this 'argument', just my point of view brah. Again, at the end of the day you are entitled to be e a fan of whoever you want. I not only enjoy watching the Lakers-Colts-Saints, I make it a point to watch them but it won't change who I'm a fan of at the end of the day regardless of how successful (or lack there of) my cities team are
